SERVICES

Our services

Your starting point may be a single process, a difficult decision, or a program spanning several teams. We shape the work around your objective and connect the relevant practice areas.

Strategy & Operating Model

We help leaders decide what to prioritize and how the organization should work to deliver it. That means assessing strategic options, defining the operating model, and clarifying who has authority to make decisions. We translate those choices into a practical plan with clear ownership and priorities for execution.

Areas of support: Strategic planning and prioritization; operating model and organizational design; governance and decision rights; business cases; portfolio and investment decisions.

ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS

An engagement shaped around your objective

We agree on the scope and intended outcomes, then determine the level of support the work requires. Engagements range from focused assessments to programs extending over multiple years.

Assessments and diagnostics

Several weeks

A focused assessment of a question, process, or initiative. We establish what is happening, examine the implications, and identify practical options. You receive a written assessment with recommendations and a proposed path forward.

Defined projects

Several months

A defined scope with agreed milestones and deliverables. The work might include redesigning a process, selecting a system, establishing a reporting framework, or launching a program. We provide the planning and delivery support needed to complete it.

Programs and ongoing advisory

Twelve months and beyond

Sustained support for programs with several phases or workstreams, or an ongoing advisory relationship. We provide continuity across initiatives and help leadership address decisions and delivery challenges as the work develops.

The scope can evolve as needs become clearer. We agree on changes together so the engagement stays aligned with your objective.

APPROACH

How we work

We organize engagements around four phases, adapting the depth and pace to the scope. Larger programs may repeat the phases across workstreams.

PHASE 1

Assess

Understand the current situation through discussion, data, and direct observation. Establish the objective and the constraints the work must address.

PHASE 2

Design

Define the proposed changes and evaluate the options. Build a prioritized plan with clear responsibilities and a rationale for the investment.

PHASE 3

Implement

Carry out the plan in manageable stages. Track progress and dependencies, address risks early, and adjust as evidence and circumstances change.

PHASE 4

Sustain

Put ownership, documentation, and training in place. Establish a review process that helps the organization maintain the improvements after the engagement ends.
